From l'enfant terrible and full-time provocateur Lars von Trier (Breaking the Waves, Dancer in the Dark) comes the film that has left audiences speechless.
In the film a grieving couple retreats to their cabin 'Eden' in the woods, hoping to repair their broken hearts and troubled marriage after the accidental death of their young child. But nature takes its course and things go from bad to worse.
Netting a Best Actress award for star Charlotte Gainsbourg at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, and featuring a powerful performance from Willem Defoe, this is one film that will have to be seen to be believed. Featuring stunning cinematography and shot primarily with new Redcam technology, this film must be experienced on the big screen.
