Halifax filmmaker Paul Kimball’s feature drama Eternal Kiss sees urban gothic move uptown to the shorelines of Nova Scotia. A paranormal tale with a self-conscious twist, Eternal Kiss tells the story of a modern-day documentary filmmaker hot on the trail of vampires. Unbeknownst to him, a centuries-old vampire is chasing him down at the same time. Starring East Coast actors Nigel Bennett, David Connellan and Carly Street, with Montrealer Joe Gallaccio in the lead, Eternal Kiss blends pop culture references with a sense of doomed romance to deliver an unapologetic genre film blessed with a sense of smarts and style.
